This policy explains what information IMWorkers collects when you visit this site, buy the Local AI Concierge System, or use the software it gives you access to — and what we do with it.

What we collect

About the data you put into the software
The Concierge Console runs in your own browser. When you paste a business web address or a set of public reviews, that text is sent to two places and nowhere else:
- Our fetching service, which retrieves the public web page or the business’s public Google reviews and passes the text back to your browser. We cache the result for a short period to avoid refetching the same page, and we do not build a profile from it or sell it.
- The AI provider whose key you supply, which generates the analysis. Your API key stays in your own browser and is never transmitted to us.
We do not store your finished reports, your client list, or the assistants you build. Those live in your browser and in whatever you save yourself.
Who else sees your data
We share data only with the services needed to run the business, and only what each one needs:
- Our payment processor — handles your payment, holds your billing details, and is the merchant of record for your transaction.
- Our email provider — stores your name and email to send you what you asked for.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers — serve this site and the members area.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Marketing email
If you opt in, or if you buy from us, we may email you about our products. Every email has an unsubscribe link, it works immediately, and unsubscribing never affects access to anything you have already bought.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. Email subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Cached web page and review text is discarded within [7] days.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Email [email protected] and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep you logged in to the members area and to measure traffic. You can block them in your browser; the members area will not work without the login cookie.
Children
This is a business product and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
