The short version
If you buy anything from us and decide within 60 days that you do not want it, email us and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain yourself, prove you tried, or complete any steps first.
How to request one
Reply to your purchase receipt, or email [email protected] from the address you bought with, and say you would like a refund. Include your order reference if you have it — it speeds things up, but we will find you without it.
What happens then
- We acknowledge your email within one working day.
- We instruct the refund through our payment processor within two working days.
- The money returns by the same method you paid with. How long it takes to appear is up to your bank or card issuer — typically 5 to 10 working days.
- Your access to the members area ends when the refund is issued.

If you bought several items together you can refund all of them or just one. Tell us which.
The guarantee on top
Separately from the 60-day refund, our sales page offers this: build three assistants, send 100 emails using the scripts included, and if not one business owner replies, we will refund you and build three assistants for you free. That is an extra promise, not a condition. You never have to do any of it to get your money back.
The only thing we ask
Email us before you raise a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes weeks; an email takes a day and gets you the same money. We have never refused a refund request inside the window.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund where we can show the product has been resold, redistributed, or shared in breach of the Terms. This is rare and we will explain our reasoning in writing if it ever happens.
